Camera Contact Lenses

Back in 2012, but only uncovered recently, Google filed patents for a contact lens that includes an embedded circuit, camera and sensor. Developed in the Google X lab, home of Google Glass, it could take an image from the lens, process it and relay data in a different sense—say, auditory.
